Clams Casino

US / Columbia Records / IT Debut Exclusive

One of the more creative leftfield hip-hop figures to surface during the last few years, New Jersey-based producer Clams Casino (real name Michael Volpe) got known for his trippy, wistful, and strangely emotive productions.

After releasing three ‘Instrumental’ mixtapes and working with the likes of A$AP Rocky, Mac Miller, Blood Orange, The Weeknd, ScHoolboy Q and FKA twigs, he recently produced three tracks for Vince Staples’ acclaimed ‘Summertime ’06’. Now signed to Columbia, Volpe’s major-label debut is his first album ’32 Levels’, also featuring Lil B, Alt-J’s Joe Newman, Kelela, Future Islands’ Samuel T. Herring and many others.
