TICKET PURCHASE
1A. The authorized sales channel designated by the Organizer is DICE. The Organizer is not responsible for admission tickets purchased outside the official sales channels.
2A. Ticket sales are governed by the provisions of the civil code on mandate with representation, as well as by the Terms and Conditions published on the website clubtoclub.it.
3A. Please check for any errors and/or omissions when purchasing admission tickets.
4A. In case of a user’s withdrawal, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations of tickets are not allowed.
5A. Complimentary tickets are available for companions of persons with disabilities. Requests must be sent to aiuto@dice.fm no later than the day before the Event and will be fulfilled based on the availability of reserved seating.
ENTRY
1B. Ticket holders must present themselves at the event entrance with a valid ID for verification of the ticket holder’s identity. Failure to provide a valid ID or a mismatch between the ticket and the ID will result in denial of entry to the festival venues.
2B. Digital ticket holders must display the QR code on their profile within the DICE app. A confirmation email is not sufficient for entry.
3B. Tickets are valid exclusively for the event for which they were issued, on the specified date and time.
4B. The Organizer is not liable for ticket duplication or tampering. For QR code tickets, electronic scanners at the entrance will validate the code linked to the purchase once, rejecting subsequent attempts with the same code.
5B. Access to the Event venue is subject to specific rules defined by the Organizer, including the right to perform security checks. The Organizer may refuse entry due to ticket irregularities. Re-entry to venues after leaving is not permitted.
6B. The Organizer reserves the right to change the venue and/or date of the Event. Please verify the event details on clubtoclub.it or by emailing info@clubtoclub.it before attending. Attendees are advised to arrive during the specified time slots to avoid crowding.
7B. Entry to C2C Festival events is prohibited for individuals under 18. Tickets purchased by minors will not be refunded.
8B. Persons visibly intoxicated will be denied access to the Events, and ticket refunds will not be issued.
9B. The following items are prohibited within the festival area: sharp or dangerous objects, umbrellas, glass and cans, flammable materials, food and beverages, drugs, sprays, firearms, explosives, selfie sticks, motorcycle helmets, creams, perfumes, large luggage, and professional cameras.
10B. Animals are not allowed in the Event area.
TICKET TRANSFER
1C. Tickets are personal and cannot be transferred to third parties for commercial, promotional, or advertising purposes without the Organizer’s authorization. Tickets purchased through the official DICE platform can be transferred to another user who is also registered on the platform.
REFUNDS
1D. The Organizer reserves the right to alter the program if one or more of the announced artists are unable to perform for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
2D. In case of adverse weather, natural disasters, or force majeure, the program may be modified. To ensure the safety of the audience, staff, and artists, the Organizer may reschedule or cancel one or more performances. In such cases, no ticket refunds will be issued.
3D. Refunds for passes and/or single-event tickets are only available if the entire program associated with the ticket is canceled.
4D. Complaints must be addressed exclusively to the Organizer. If an Event is canceled, the Organizer will not refund service fees or other charges applied during the ticket purchase process. Refund amounts and timelines are determined solely by the Organizer.
5D. Ticket exchanges are not allowed, even upon payment of a price difference.
PRIVACY AND MEDIA
1E. Attendees may be photographed or recorded via audio or video during the event.
2E. The unauthorized use of professional audio and video recording devices is prohibited without the Organizer’s consent.
3E. Personal data provided during ticket purchases may be used by the Organizer solely for sending informational newsletters and will not be shared with third parties.
