The Ticket grants access only to the Event it was issued for, day and time as shown on it. - 3. Access to the Venue can be regulated by norms chosen by the Promoter for which, among other things the Promoter has the right to make safety checks and, in case of irregular Ticket, refuse the access to the Venue. - 4. The Promoter has the faculty of changing the place and/or the event date: it is suggested, before the event, to check on www.clubtoclub.it or calling the number 011/8129566 the starting time, the opening time of access to the Venue, besides other changes related to the programme. It is suggested to be at the Venue entrance one hour before the event. - 5. In case of the event not taking place or having different programmation, eventual complaints should be addressed only to the Promoter. In case of refund for the event not taking place, Club To Club will not refund the booking fee nor other eventual commissions applied by services of which the Promoter benefits. - 6. The Ticket, by law or by request of the Promoter, is personal, it has to be handled with care and can never be permuted, given to any title, with or without compensation, nor transferred or given away for commercial, advertising or promotional aim – 7. The event's audience can be object of eventual audio and video recordings done on the occasion of the Event – 8. It is recommended, while buying the Ticket, to check for eventual misprints and/or omissions. - 9. In order to not damage the Ticket, it is suggested not to expose it to sources of heat.
